TB +ve

This is not a fake skull.

Hahaha. Remember i used to play with the skull in 1st year and now i am playing with it again. Was camhoring with it;p

Today i had a Tuberculosis positive patient.

When everyone heard that he is TB +ve all my batchmates ok..ALL OF THEM STRAIGHT SIAM FAR FAR AWAY FROM HIM=(

Usually when anyone has patient we will stand around him/her to help her out and observe the case.

They left me alone there with double gloves and double mouth mask(universal precaution)gasping for air. Even my lecturer who was supposed to guide me asked me"u can handle urself rite?" then he continued with his work.

I was supposed to extract his tooth and after 2 injections he still feels pain. =(

then i gave another one. 0.0

Initially i thought it was because of my local anesthesia skill(2nd time giving LA) but the heartless nurse told me to just EXTRACT and ignore him.;/

Obviously no la when he said pain and all so i tried to be gentle and wasted a lot of time there=(

Then Joe came to me and told me that it might just be his psychology. SO i went to inform my lecturer about this and he thought so.

So he asked me to extract again and the patient pushed my hand away saying tt he had alot of pain=( He was so skinny and looked so pitiful and i dun have the heart to do so. All i did was pujuk him like a small kid.

Then my lecturer can't tahan anymore and then he came. When he tried to extract again the patient was complaining. Then finally my sir noticed that he is not having any PAIN at all.

2nd attempt and the patient pissed da sir off.

and my lec said LEAVE HIM.

then my patient woke up and went away..

Just like that..

So obvious that he din wanna extract his teeth i dunno who is forcing him to do so. Poor fella.

THen the sacarstic sister told me to wash my hands 10 times and soak myself in dettol for the whole day. =.=''
